About Me

WHO I AM.

I'm Michael Bushyeager - a senior Visual Communication Design student at Eastern Washington University, with minors in UX Design and Front-End Web Development. I run a freelance branding practice called Daybreak Studio, where I work with clients on warm, approachable brand identities that live across both print and digital.

My work sits at the intersection of craft and code - I care as much about the texture of a printed piece as I do about the smoothness of a scroll animation. I believe good design should feel intentional, not accidental.

Outside the studio, I work part-time as a Brick Specialist at LEGO, bowl recreationally, and spend an unreasonable amount of time thinking about typography and coffee.
